Day 1
Errachidia → Merzouga — Ziz Valley, Erfoud & Sahara Desert
- Pickup from Errachidia hotel or airport (ERH)
- Ziz Valley — date palm gorge 100+ km; viewpoints above Hassan Addakhil Dam; trans-Saharan caravan history
- Erfoud — fossil capital; trilobites, ammonites, orthoceras workshops; Medjool date sampling at local market
- Merzouga — Erg Chebbi dunes (up to 150 m high, 22 km stretch); arrival at luxury desert camp
- Sunset camel ride into Erg Chebbi dunes (1–2 h); sandboarding available
- Stargazing — Milky Way visible; no light pollution

Merzouga Jeep Tour → Rissani → Errachidia

- 4×4 jeep excursion: Dayet Srji salt lake (seasonal flamingo habitat); Hamada volcanic black rock fields; nomadic desert settlements
- Nomadic Berber family visit — goat-hair khaima tent; mint tea; conversation on desert navigation, water-finding, carpet weaving; portion of tour fee returned to families
- Gnawa Village — live performance: guembri (3-string bass lute), qraqab (iron castanets), call-and-response vocals; UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage

Message us with your dates and group size for a custom itinerary and quote within 24 hours. A 20% deposit by PayPal, Remitly or Wise confirms your booking; the balance is paid to your driver-guide when you meet (paying it by card adds a 5% bank fee). Cancel at least 20 days before your tour and your full deposit is refunded. If you postpone, even within those 20 days, we move your deposit to your new dates.
