These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Book Morocco Trips (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) and you (“traveler,” “client,” or “you”) for all travel services provided.
By booking any tour, excursion, or service with Book Morocco Trips, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment, depending on the trip package.
2.2 Deposit and Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of the tour.
2.3 Methods of Payment: For the deposit, we accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the first day of the tour in Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds, or Moroccan Dirhams. Alternatively, the full payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal, however, a 5% additional fee will be applied to cover transaction costs. If opting for full payment in advance, it must be received at least 5 days before the tour’s start date.
2.4 Currency Exchange: We typically provide prices in euros. If you prefer to pay in another currency, we will convert the amount using the current exchange rate from xe.com on the day of payment.

3.2 Cancellation by Book Morocco Trips: Book Morocco Trips reserves the right to cancel any tour for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest. In this case, you will be fully refunded.
4.1 Flexibility: While we aim to adhere to the itinerary, the nature of travel in Morocco requires flexibility. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, or local events may require changes to the itinerary.
4.2 Traveler’s Request for Changes: Any requested changes to the itinerary after booking may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.
5.1 Travel Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit to travel. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
5.2 Safety Measures: Book Morocco Trips adheres to local health and safety regulations, but the traveler must take personal responsibility for their well-being.
6.1 Accommodation Standards: Accommodations vary based on your chosen package, and we strive to provide the best available options. Any issues related to accommodation must be brought to our attention during the tour.
6.2 Meals: Meals included in the tour package will be specified in the itinerary. Special dietary needs should be communicated at the time of booking.
7.1 Vehicles: We provide air-conditioned 4×4 cars, vans, or minibuses depending on the size of your group.
7.2 Driver/Guide: A professional driver/guide will accompany you throughout the trip. If you have any concerns, please communicate them to us directly.
8.1 Book Morocco Trips Responsibility: Book Morocco Trips will do its utmost to ensure your trip runs smoothly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
8.2 Force Majeure: Book Morocco Trips cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control such as acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or other incidents that may cause delays or changes to your trip

11.1 Personal Information: Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of booking and conducting your tour. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.
